AggreGate Community

I have some questions about Data Tables. I have read the Help and the Tutorials and I can’t find the information that I need(or I can't understand it). This is the first time that I use AggreGate and there are a few things that aren’t clear for me. There are AggreGate Client, Server and Agent. As I understand Common Tables and Database can be make only on AggreGate Server and the tables can be visualized in AggreGate Client with DataTable Editor. Am I right?

Actually, I can't understand the meaning of the phrase " As I understand Common Tables and Database can be make only on AggreGate Server", can you explain this question in other words?
And yes, you can visualize tables in the client using DataTable editor.
