Problem with Popup menus

Hi,

I have the following problem: after updating aggregate 5.11.00 to 5.31.04, all popup menus in widgets are gone.
Update went fine and without errors.
The system have widgets with vector drawings (.svg) and buttons, and some of them had popup menus. Now the "Popup menu" property of all objects is empty. When i try to re-make it, there is no error, but after closing the GUI builder, new settings are also gone.

If I create brand new widget and set a popup menu for a Button for example, everything is fine.

Any suggestions how to fix it?

Edit: A tried export/import of widget - same thing. After save/close popup menus are gone.
