Store Context not found

Hi,

Where can I find the store context?
My AggreGate server (v6.04.04, 64bit) is integrated in a Cyber Security network and I'm unable to get the internet connection for the AggreGate Server.
I had downloaded the full AggreGate server application for offline environments. After the server started i tried to connect to public and local store to install the required models. Both of them showing me an error message saying the store context cannot be found.

I hope I could get some help on this.

Further update to this case:

My client provided me open internet access, but still unable to connect to the public store.
Local store still not possible.
