OEM/ODM Product Management
Tibbo has a vast experience in collaboration with the hardware manufacturers from all continents. We offer full-cycle project and product management services to the OEM/ODM companies which have realized that developing a scalable, reliable and robust control/monitoring system in-house results in multi-million dollar investments and many years of development.
Our primary offices are located in Taiwan and Russia, but we are used to conducting international projects in many countries all over the world. Most projects involve on-site visits, so our engineers have valid US and Schengen visas.
A typical project team may include a product or project manager, business and system analysts, data scientists, developers, quality engineers and technical writers.

The typical project scenario includes:
Analysis
of the customer's hardware environment and required monitoring/management functionality
Elaboration
of the system design proposals and their negotiation
Creation
of a target specification and its finalization in close cooperation with the customer
Joint work
on the rebranding process and preparation of the branded product installation bundles
Development
of the vendor-specific device drivers or agents if a proprietary protocol is used for device communications
Configuration
of the out-of-the-box data collection and storage settings (polling periods, storage types, storage periods)
Setup
of the server-side data processing chains and scenarios (based on models, bindings, queries, workflows, scheduler jobs, alerts, trainable units, etc.)
Development
of the operator dashboards and their components, including tables, forms, charts, maps, reports, event logs, HMIs, and custom widgets
Evaluating
dependencies and configuring versions for all the developed resources
Training and education
of the customer's personnel
Operational testing
of the pilot installations
Further technical support
(priority feature request processing, consulting, remote security/performance auditing, localization and elimination of accidents, migrations, etc.)
