Remote Monitoring and Service
AggreGate is an advanced solution for the remote management and telemetry of custom machinery. OEMs and VARs can easily tailor the system to suit the end user requirements in any IoT vertical market. Another option is building your own monitoring application upon the AggreGate framework using open-source APIs.
AggreGate allows completing a centralized monitoring project within one month. It helps solve the common issues, such as downtime, slow response to the remote machine problems, multiple calls to fix the same problem, the supply chain inefficiencies, poor logistics, abuse of use, security issues, etc.
Tibbo provides a flexible OEM licensing policy for the hardware vendors, system integrators, value-added resellers, and service operators.
Intelligent Device Management
Batch Delayed Device Configuration
Want to reconfigure a thousand devices that only connect to a cloud for five minutes daily? No need to wait once they get online simultaneously. Apply the configuration changes, and they get delivered on the best effort basis.
Centralized Firmware Management
Firmware and configuration upgrades can be delivered to your devices via a central server using standard or proprietary communication protocols. Scheduling a distribution to the night hours keeps your services almost intact.
Designed for Dynamic IP Addressing
The Agents establish outgoing connections to the server themselves. This makes them an ideal solution for cellular and satellite networks that don't assign white static IP addresses. The same technology overcomes any firewall/NAT issues of a typical industrial network.
Remote Location Plan Designer
AggreGate comes with an integrated visual UI Builder. It's a tool for designing forms, charts, reports, tables, custom interfaces, and maps using the mouse. No programming is required, even for binding the UI components with the server/device data displayed on remote device service dashboards.
Dynamic Mapping
Show devices, groups, routes, geofences, links, and other objects on the geographical maps that use any source, such as Google Maps, Bing Maps, OpenStreetMap, or others. Add the layers, controls and selectors to your maps and visually build any custom operator interfaces.
Aggregated Status Dashboards
Visualize the device groups and system-wide KPIs on the top-level operator dashboards that have a multi-tier drill-down navigation to individual devices and services. Run your executive reports in just a few mouse clicks.
Secure Device Communications
All communications between the servers and agents can be bridged through SSL-secured connections and compressed to fit the GPRS/3G/LTE and satellite links. Agents are smart enough to send only important events instead of the raw metric values whenever necessary.
Cloud-Based Big Data Storage
Despite all enterprise-grade relational databases are supported as a device data storage, the event streams flowing from the IoT world can be directed to a big data cloud. The integrated NoSQL storage facility can run either in-process or on a dedicated multi-node storage cluster.
Rich Connectivity with M2M/IoT Equipment
AggreGate supports a huge set of communication protocols, including M2M/IoT, IT and automation protocols, as well as generic protocols like SQL and SOAP. Whenever write and control operations are supported by a protocol, AggreGate can use them.
Physical Access Control for Remote Facilities
Integrate with the access control, fire alarm, perimeter defense, and other physical security systems for retrieving security alerts and incidents via standard protocols (like SOAP, SQL, CAP, SNMP, etc.) or proprietary APIs. Provide the centralized security incident management and debriefing, manage the security events using the same workflows as applied for automation and IT events.
Video Monitoring Integration
Integrate with the video surveillance systems and add the camera video streams and PTZ controls to your dashboards. Make use of the direct IP camera connectivity, open video popups from the floor plans. Integrate with the video analytics systems and use them as one more source of security incidents.
Comprehensive IT Monitoring and Management
A part of AggreGate ecosystem, AggreGate Network Manager, enables comprehensive management of the M2M/IoT network infrastructure. The product features include automatic network discovery, topology mapping, consolidation of network events, event correlation and root cause analysis, business service modeling and SLA violation tracking, wireless infrastructure monitoring, and more.
Centralized Asset Inventory
Add the custom attributes to your network devices and system resources, use the tabular attributes with custom structure and any length. Use out-of-the-box inventory information definitions (serials, responsible persons, notes, photos, locations, asset events, etc.). Enrich the system alerts and events with the information fetched from any third-party inventory system via any protocol (SQL, SOAP, etc.).
Service Desk Integration
While in simple scenarios AggreGate alerts can be directly delivered to the field technicians, large systems normally employ third-party trouble ticketing solutions for handling the incident resolution workflows. AggreGate can integrate with almost any service desk system and open/close incidents when an alert status changes.
Patented Technology
AggreGate IoT Platform introduces many innovations to the M2M/IoT technology. It provides a unified data model that comprises normalized representations of diverse hardware and exposes the device data for the internal processing/visualization tools and external systems.
Alerting and Event Processing
Flexible event management capabilities, including event filtering, aggregation, deduplication, masking, correlation, acknowledgment, and root cause analysis. Customizable alerts supporting different types of triggers, notifications (sound, popup messages, e-mail, SMS, etc.), escalation, and corrective actions.
Charting and Trending
Charting support offers a wide list of chart types, including the dynamically updated charts. Thousands of configurable chart properties. Support for the auto-calculated trend lines, such as percentiles, moving averages, etc.
Comprehensive Reporting
Advanced reporting facility, automatic report generation from any viewed/edited data. Built-in report editor, report printing and exporting in different formats.
Free Open-Source SDK
Use our open-source Java and .NET APIs to extend your Internet of Things solution and transparently integrate it into any other enterprise systems.
Flexible Security Model
From the ground up, AggreGate was designed with a multi-tenant, multi-user approach. Granular permissions and a role-based access control are inseparably woven into all aspects of the system.
Failover Clustering
Ensure high availability services by building a multi-node failover cluster for the AggreGate Server and underlying database. Our home-grown clustering technology does not depend on any third-party software or clustering support of an operating system.
Distributed Architecture
Build distributed systems that scale to thousands of micro-servers running on the single-board ARM-based Linux computers. Establish the true IoT-style peering relations between those servers. The unique multi-tier architecture guarantees unlimited scalability by balancing the system functionality between multiple servers divided into several layers.
Modular, Scalable and Reliable Architecture
Modular architecture of the AggreGate Platform ensures that new data storage, processing and visualization modules can be installed into the server core as plug-ins. For example, adding the vehicle tracking capabilities to an existing M2M system is just a matter of extension pack installation.
Unified Data Model
The Unified Data Model inherited from the AggreGate Platform delivers a generic flexible approach for configuring, controlling and monitoring any device, data source or system object, regardless of its vendor, model, type, and purpose.
Monitoring and Service Agents
AggreGate Agents are lightweight applications that can run inside remotely serviced equipment or machinery, as well as inside an external monitoring appliance. While the agents are always located on a customer site, they establish an outgoing connection to a cloud or on-premise AggreGate Server. The connections are usually based on cellular or satellite links.
While the Agents are not required in many remote monitoring and service projects, they can deliver a number of important benefits:
- Buffering of device data while the server connection is not available
- Conducting their own control logic if the server is unavailable due to a failure
- Minimizing the data transfer for cellular and satellite links by ensuring the on-demand data transfer
- Penetrating firewalls by connecting to a central server from inside a private network
